Cases (required vs ideal): Inpatient, Epidurals, General Anesthesia, schedule surgeries, more independent but does have some supervision - but less than RRH's current structure

Patient volume: 10-15

Patient age range: 0-100+

Support Staff:

Number of beds or ORs: 94 bed hospital

EMR: EPIC

Certifications required (BLS, PALS, ACLS, other): ACLS, BLS, PALS

Can you wait for a license: Yes

Credentialing timeline: 6 weeks.

Credentialing requirements: Drug screen, application, NY license, NPDB

Any Unique Information needed for submission? No

Interview Process: Name clear, interview, offer

Any additional information:

OR's are open 7:30a - 5:30p

7 rooms run per day

4 in the main OR and 3 in Leroy Outpatient Center (connected to the hospital)

Must be comfortable with basic regional blocks and central lines (ICU)

Will have thoracic cases and OB

No hearts, heads, vascular, spines or sick kids.
