Palm Health Resources is actively recruiting a Locum CRNA with OB experience for a high-acuity opportunity in Phoenix, AZ.

Assignment Overview

Start: ASAP (credentialing can begin with pending AZ license)

Duration: 6 months (extension potential)

Schedule: 3–4 shifts per week (36+ hours)

Shifts: 12-hour shifts (7a–7p or 7p–7a)

Call: No traditional call (scheduled coverage model)

Flexibility Required: Days, nights, and at least 1 weekend shift/month

Setting: Acute care hospital (Level I trauma)

Clinical Scope & Environment

Supervised care team model

High-acuity OB-focused role with additional OR exposure

Case Mix Includes:

High-risk OB (primary focus)

General OR cases

Pediatrics

Neuro (head cases)

Must be comfortable managing complex OB cases independently within a team setting

Ideal Candidate:

Strong OB experience

Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments

Flexible across shift types and case variety

Requirements

NBCRNA certified (within last 5 years)

Active AZ license or willingness to obtain

Minimum 1–2 years recent CRNA experience

Current OB experience required

Eligible for Medicare enrollment

Compensation

Highly competitive 1099 rates — negotiable based on coverage & commitment
