This is an immediate full-time opening for a CRNA looking for a highly reliable and lifestyle-friendly practice structure. The position offers a consistent schedule of five 8-hour shifts per week with standard clinical hours running from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. SRNAs nearing graduation are enthusiastically welcomed to apply!

  • Case Scope: Pediatrics, orthopedics, ENT, regional anesthesia, and outpatient surgery (B&B focus).

  • Schedule Structure: 5 (8s) per week; hours are 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (with many days ending early).

  • Work-Life Balance: Zero call, night, or weekend obligations.

  • Experience Level: Open to experienced CRNAs and final-year SRNAs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide and manage safe anesthesia care for a stable variety of pediatric, orthopedic, ENT, regional, and outpatient cases.

  • Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans.

  • Monitor patient vital signs closely intraoperatively to ensure maximum safety and comfort.

  • Oversee patient recovery and safe emergence within the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU).

  • Maintain accurate, thorough, and complete clinical documentation.

  • Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nursing staff, and administrative teams to support an efficient clinical flow.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia and current national certification by the NBCRNA (or exam eligibility for graduating SRNAs).

  • Valid and unrestricted license to practice as an advanced practice registered nurse in the state of Virginia (or immediate eligibility for licensure).

  • Strong clinical skills and comfort working across the specified multi-specialty case mix; experience with regional anesthesia techniques is desirable.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-oriented professional skills.

  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

  • Sign-On Incentive: A lucrative $60,000 sign-on bonus awarded to the chosen candidate.

  • Comprehensive Full W-2 Benefits Package Includes:
