Start: ASAP after credentialing
Schedule: 4x10s or 3x12s, non-consecutive — must be flexible with both
Practice Model: Medical Direction
Credentialing: 60–90 days
EMR: Epic
Blocks/Spinals/Epidurals: Not required
Cases: General and Endoscopy
Additional Coverage: EP labs, Watchman procedures, spinal anesthesia, and pediatric patients age 10+
Travel: Reimbursement per policy
