Start Date: January 2027
Contract Length: 6 months
Schedule: Full-time, 4x10-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday
Call: None required
Practice Model: Loose supervision
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
EMR: Epic
Blocks/Spinals/Epidurals: Not required; available for providers who are comfortable and interested
Case Mix: General, Ortho, GYN, Urology, Endo/Gastro, ENT, Cosmetic, Neuro/Spine, Pain, Cardiology, Vascular, and Radiology
