📍 Location: Minnesota

📄 Contract: Initial 4-month contract with ongoing need

💰 Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive hourly rate

🗓️ Flexible Schedule Options
• 8-hour shifts: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
• 10-hour shifts: 6:30 AM–5:00 PM
• 12-hour shifts: 6:30 AM–7:00 PM
• Full-time coverage preferred
• Minimum of 36 hours/week and 2 weeks/month may be considered
• Two consecutive weeks/month required for the first 3 months
• After 3 months, an every-other-week schedule may be considered
• Optional call available – not required

🏥 Practice Details
• Hospital-based tertiary facility
• 1:3 care team model
• Patient population ages 12+
• Epic EMR
• CRNAs do not perform blocks, A-lines, epidurals, or spinals

✅ Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience
• Minnesota RN and CRNA licenses required
• ACLS and BLS
• Candidates must live 50+ miles from the facility
