CRNA Locums | Oregon | Independent Practice | Long-Term Assignment

Samaritan Health Services is seeking CRNAs for coverage in Albany, Corvallis, and Lebanon, Oregon, through December 2027.

Independent CRNA practice
8–10-hour weekday shifts
Full-time preferred; 2 weeks per month considered
Candidates may work at one or multiple facilities
Call required, including weekday and weekend coverage
Broad case mix including OB, vascular, ortho, general, and regional anesthesia
Epic EMR
Adult and pediatric patients; no neonatal or cardiac
1+ year of CRNA experience required
Oregon license preferred but not required
Travel expenses covered
