Navarro Regional Hospital—Corsicana, TX is seeking a FT and PRN CRNA to join our anesthesia team.

Corsicana is a small Texas town with a quiet, suburban-rural feel about 1 hour south of Dallas, TX.

Close enough to a big city without living in one!

Position Highlights:

Independent CRNA only practice model

Diverse case mix: General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Urology, Podiatry, some Vascular.

No heads/hearts/trauma

Cover OB Epidurals/ C-Sections

New anesthesia equipment

Full-time, PRN, W-2, and 1099 options available

Compensation & Benefits:

Full-Time CRNA (W-2): $305,000 annually with call requirements based on 4 days per week.

4 day schedule with post call day off

Option to work additional hours at $205/hour

5 days per week compensation package: $377k+

26-week option

8 weeks of vacation

Annual CME allowance

Malpractice coverage

$75k Sign on bonus for experienced CRNAs.

Relocation Assistance

1099 Options:

PRN/1099: $205 per hour

Full-time Rate: $407,000+ annually with call shifts.

Call Rates Weekdays: $600

Call Rates Weekends: $1200

Call Back Pay: $205/hour

Additional Incentives for W2:

$36k Student Stipend Program — paid during the final 18 months of training

$75k Loan reimbursement program — 3 years of coverage post-graduation

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8's 4-days per week

Option to work 5 days per week

Call requirements: 43 weekday shifts and 17 weekend (24-hour) shifts mostly to cover OB cases.

*Estimated at 7 OB cases after hours/weekends per week.
