Dates available: May: 26, 27, 28

June: 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25, 30

July: 1, 2, 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, 30

Average of 4-8 cases per day per room
CRNA only site
Negotiable Rates plus malpractice insurance if needed
