Join a 5-member anesthesia team (1 MDA, 4 CRNAs)
4-day workweek β long weekends every week!
Broad scope of practice in a Level IV Trauma Center
Work in a modern surgical suite with 5 ORs, 2 endoscopy suites, 15 pre/post-op rooms, and a mountain-view breakroom
Hospital-employed, permanent full-time position
State-of-the-art technology, including Epic EMR

$390,000+ total annual earning potential
Strong base salary
Up to $40,000 in quality incentives
Call-back pay
$30,000 commencement bonus
$8,000 CME allowance + paid CME time

52 days off annually from base schedule + additional PTO
