Renew Medical Group is seeking skilled and motivated CRNAs to join our growing anesthesia team at Mercy – Fort Smith Hospital in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Multiple full-time opportunities are available, including Primetime Non-Call and Call-Taking positions with flexible scheduling options.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

Primetime / Non-Call CRNA (Full-Time)

Hourly Rate: $175/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday daytime only
45 weeks per year contracted, 7 weeks unpaid time off
Annual compensation: $175/hour × 40 hours/week × 45 weeks = $315,000
No weekends, no holidays, no call
Ideal for clinicians seeking stability and predictable scheduling

Call-Taking CRNA (Full-Time)

Hourly Rate: $180/hour
Schedule: Weekday OR shifts (4/8/9/12-hour options) plus call rotation
Call Pay: Weekday $500 first call / $250 second call | Weekend $1,000 first call / $500 second call
Callback Rate: $180/hour (minimum 4-hour guarantee)
Post-call day off guaranteed
45 weeks per year contracted, 7 weeks unpaid time off
Estimated annual compensation: $180/hour × 45–50 hours/week × 45 weeks + call pay = Up to $405,000

CASE DIVERSITY

General anesthesia, endoscopy, full scope coverage
OB cases available if desired
