This is an inpatient CRNA opportunity in Charlotte with Epic, a weekday-focused 4/10 schedule, and structured 2nd call / backup call coverage. The role is a good fit for a CRNA who wants consistent scheduled clinical hours with limited call expectations.

Schedule and Structure

• Day shift: 4/10-hour shifts
• Consistent Monday or Friday shift required
• Frequent consecutive shifts may be offered but cannot be guaranteed every week
• Scheduled clinical hours plus call
• 2nd call / backup call
• Call ratio: 2–3 weekday calls per quarter
• Possible weekend call coverage, typically 1 per quarter
• 30-minute call response time
• Call is typically limited to covering cases at the end of the day
• Rare overnight call-backs
• 30-minute lunch break deducted daily
• Patients per shift: 2–5
• 24 beds in department
• No APP supervision
• Resident or teaching supervision required

Requirements

• Licensed in NC or IMLC
• BLS required
• ACLS required
• PALS required
• Strong inpatient anesthesia experience
• Comfortable working within Epic
• Reliable, adaptable, and professional in the OR
