Responsibilities
Administer and manage anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures.
Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient assessments and develop individualized plans.
Proficiently perform regional anesthesia blocks and monitor patient vitals to ensure safety.
Provide safe and effective emergence and post-anesthesia care in the PACU.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
Participate in a low-frequency call rotation.
Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and the broader healthcare team.
Qualifications
Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) and CRNA in Florida (or eligibility for licensure).
National certification by the NBCRNA.
Strong clinical skills across the specified B&B case mix.
Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques is highly desirable.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Compensation
Compensation: $320,000 annually on a 1099 basis.
