Responsibilities

• Administer and manage anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures.

• Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient assessments and develop individualized plans.

• Proficiently perform regional anesthesia blocks and monitor patient vitals to ensure safety.

• Provide safe and effective emergence and post-anesthesia care in the PACU.

• Maintain accurate and complete patient records.

• Participate in a low-frequency call rotation.

• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and the broader healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) and CRNA in Florida (or eligibility for licensure).

• National certification by the NBCRNA.

• Strong clinical skills across the specified B&B case mix.

• Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques is highly desirable.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team.

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
