Responsibilities
Provide and manage anesthesia for a variety of outpatient surgical procedures including ortho, GI, and spine.
Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic patient assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans.
Administer and monitor anesthesia safely and effectively throughout the perioperative period.
Manage patients in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) to ensure safe discharge.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records and collaborate effectively with surgeons and the surgical team.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to all facility protocols.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia.
Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
Valid and unrestricted Texas RN license (or eligible for licensure).
Strong clinical skills in providing anesthesia for diverse outpatient surgical specialties.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
SRNAs in good standing are encouraged to apply.

Compensation
Compensation: Highly competitive range of $300,000 to $320,000 annually on a 1099 basis.
