This is a well-established and highly respected private anesthesia practice serving the Naperville and Western Suburb region, approximately one hour west of Chicago. The group is widely recognized for its clinician-centric approach, focusing on high-quality clinical outcomes and efficient outpatient workflows. By maintaining a stable, supportive environment, the practice provides an exceptional professional home for anesthesia providers at all stages of their careers.
Opportunity
This is a premier opening for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a thriving team in either a full-time or part-time capacity. Designed for maximum schedule control, the practice offers multiple flexible shift options, allowing you to choose between three 12-hour shifts (3x12), four 10-hour shifts (4x10), or five 8-hour shifts (5x8) to perfectly tailor your workweek to your lifestyle.
Enjoy absolute lifestyle protection with predictable schedules and guaranteed time off featuring no call, no nights, and no weekends required. The clinical focus is on a diverse mix of B&B cases, regional anesthesia, and orthopedics. Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists (SRNAs) nearing graduation are welcome to apply and will benefit from dedicated professional mentorship in a high-tech outpatient setting.
Whether you are evaluating independent private practice stability over rigid institutional frameworks via state of Illinois jobs, tracking premium suburban provider vacancies under jobs in Chicago Illinois, or evaluating local compensation baselines through crna jobs near me, this Western Suburb opportunity delivers an unmatched combination of high earning potential, flexible hours, and localized clinical support.

Collaborate effectively and dynamically with a multidisciplinary surgical team in a fast-paced ambulatory environment.
Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical documentation.
