- Length of Need: Coverage needed December 2026- August/September 2027
- Schedule: 5x8’s, M-F
- Weekly schedule: 2 on, 1 off
1st week: day shift + call, 2nd week: day shift, no call, 3rd week: off
- Staff: 3 CRNAs
- Start time: usually 7-3, depending on surgeons, can be 6am or 8am
- Call: after 3pm weekdays + weekend call
- Call response: 30 minutes
- Typical call: varies-starting adult IVs, peds hydration IVs, OB, appendectomys, cardiac arrest/stroke if ER patient and need airway assistance
- OT: after 40 hours per week
- EMR: EPIC
- Types of Cases: bread & butter, general, ortho, endo, urology, ENT, healthy peds, OB- very light, 87 deliveries per year, epis (no vbacs or high risk), place epidurals and go home when patient is stable, no twins, nothing high risk. Full spectrum of ortho (hips, knees, shoulders, etc.), eyes 12-15 cases, mostly cataracts, no heads, hearts or trauma,
- Surgeons:
General: 2
