A dynamic and well-established private anesthesia practice located approximately 25 minutes north of the Dallas, Texas area is seeking experienced, highly motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join their team. Operating within a high-volume outpatient surgery center environment, the practice is deeply committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia for interventional pain cases. This is a premier clinical opening for a CRNA looking to step into a highly autonomous practice model with complete functional independence. Located just a short drive north of downtown Dallas, the workload focuses on pain cases, making prior Pain Management experience a major plus.

Responsibilities
Provide and manage anesthesia care completely autonomously for a wide variety of specialized pain cases.
Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic patient assessments, review medical backgrounds, and formulate individualized anesthetic plans.
Administer and closely monitor anesthesia safely, ensuring maximum patient comfort and physiological stability throughout each procedural case.
Oversee patient care and clinical progression in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) specific to pain management recovery.
Maintain accurate, thorough, and complete electronic patient and anesthesia records.
Work independently and efficiently to support a fast-paced, high-volume outpatient surgery center flow.
Collaborate effectively and maintain excellent professional rapport with interventional physicians and the broader surgical team.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia.
Current national certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
Valid and unrestricted Texas RN and APRN licenses (or immediate eligibility for licensure).
Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a practicing CRNA is strictly required.
Proven track record of practicing autonomously and managing an outpatient case volume efficiently.
Strong, demonstrable clinical skills in providing targeted anesthesia for pain management procedures.
Excellent critical thinking, situational communication, and interpersonal skills.
