We are dedicated to maintaining a cohesive and high-performing clinical team with a sustainable, professional and supportive environment while expanding our mission to improve the delivery of anesthesia for rural and community hospitals.
We are seeking a talented CRNA to help us in Iowa.
You will work collaboratively in a strong team-oriented atmosphere where anesthesia, surgeons, and OR staff truly collaborate to deliver superior patient care.
Caseload includes: General, Ortho, ENT, GI, Ophthalmology, OB/Gyn and Urology with an emphasis on Ortho and Bariatrics.
Compensation: W2 or 1099 Option
Benefits
Qualifications
· Candidates with strong independent practice experience including regional and neuraxial anesthesia
· All Novus providers must meet state licensure requirements.
· Providers must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements
for the hospitals where they will have privileges.
· Two or more years of clinical anesthesia experience preferred.
· Must have solid decision-making ability.
· Current certification as a CRNA with an IA license, controlled substance license and DEA
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Responsibilities
· Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
· Assist with patient preparation and recovery.
· Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
