• 1099 Compensation, Work 26 weeks per year for $620,000 and a $60,000 sign on bonus. One week on, one week off to include night call after cases are done for the day and weekend call. Call backs are light. Over an average 7 day period callbacks were less than 5 hrs.
• Must be within a 30 minute call radius.

Case mix includes general, endo, ortho, vascular, oncology, and urology. No OB. Total case volume for 2025 was 2,382 cases. Over 50% of those cases were Endo
