Schedule: 5-8's or 4-10's

OT applied after 40 hours

No Call or Weekends

Medically Supervised

Cases: Ortho, Vascular, Head Spine, Pediatric, Regional, Thoracic (No OB)

Requirements; Must have PA license in hand for submittal
