Location: Northern Indiana
PRN dates avail: Aug 17-21, 31, Sept 2, 14-20, 24, 28-30, Oct 16-18 (call only), Oct 26-Nov 1, Dec 21-27, 31. Future dates TBD
Cases: Endo, OB, Peds, Uro, ENT, General, GYN, Ortho
Schedule: 7am-4pm with call 4pm-7am (primary & secondary call). 5 weeks on/1 week off

Additional Details

Spinals and Epidurals required
Can practice with an active Indiana RN license
Includes stipends for travel and lodging
