USAP-Maryland was founded in 2004 as First Colonies Anesthesia Associates.
The premier anesthesiology practice in Maryland consists of more than 200 clinicians providing services to 6 hospitals and several ASCs..

Located in Rockville, Maryland, Shady Grove Medical Center is a 266-bed acute care facility offering high-risk OB, cardiac and vascular, oncology, orthopedic, surgical, and pediatric services.
Situated within Montgomery County’s thriving 600-acre Life Sciences Center, Rockville also offers easy access to Washington, D.
C., along with vibrant dining, shopping, parks, and local history attractions.
Schedule
Averaging 46 hours a week over the month, and this includes call hours!
Averaging 4 calls a month, 2 of those 4 calls are in-house with post-call day off and 2 of those 4 calls are beeper call from home.
