Description
BayCare Medical Group (BMG) is offering flexible full‑time, part‑time, and PRN opportunities for Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our collaborative anesthesia team at Morton Plant North Bay Hospital (MPNB) in New Port Richey, Florida.
Position Highlights:
- No night call for CRNAs
- Current openings: 12‑hour shifts, 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Flexible scheduling: PRN, part‑time, and full‑time options
- Three day‑call shifts per quarter (weekends only) (if/when needed at MPNB; currently no CRNA call)
- 4:1 supervision model with team‑based practice; physicians actively encourage collaboration and CRNAs working at top of education/scope
- Excellent support: strong OR leadership partnership, engaged hospital administration, and an approachable chief anesthesiologist who values CRNA input
- Case mix you’ll see: Orthopedics, Vascular, General/Robotic, GU, ENT, GI, and IR sedation
- Not performed: OB, Pediatrics, Hearts, Neuro
- Operational footprint: 4 locations, Monday–Friday coverage

Qualifications
- Current license as a registered professional nurse
- Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
- Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
