VeloSource has a CRNA Opportunity - Silver City, NM

DEA and CSR are required
Schedule: 7a - 3p / Call hours: 3p - 7a
Call Schedule: Every 4th night; Every 4th weekend
Call Response time: 30 minutes
All CRNA practice
Cases Required: ENDO, OB, GYN, General, ORTHO, Limited Acute Pain Management.
Required: Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient (case logs required)
4 providers during the day
NRP required
