Call: every night call; response time- 30 mins
All CRNA practice
Cases: General, Ortho, ENDO, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, Urology, ENT, Podiatry; spinals blocks and epidurals
Number of providers during the day: 2
Number of ORs: 3
Number of endo rooms: 1
Additional notes: TAP blocks, neuraxial blocks, peripheral blocks, and IV blocks
Licenses required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA
