About the Clinician's Workday
The pediatric anesthesiologist will deliver comprehensive anesthesia care for pediatric cardiac patients Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with required call coverage. Primary responsibilities include providing 100% hands-on anesthesia for neonatal cardiac cases, pediatric cardiac catheterizations, and patients with congenital heart disease undergoing both cardiac and noncardiac procedures. The role involves supervising CRNAs and participating in a 1:3 call rotation for weeknight beeper call from 5:30 PM to 7:30 AM and 24-hour weekend coverage. Board certification and pediatric cardiac fellowship training are essential requirements for this position.
