Independent practice with no Anesthesiology oversight or backup
Cases: OB, orthopedic blocks, some pediatric ENT, endoscopies, and support for ED airways, intubations, and arterial lines
Involvement in critical care cases as the facility introduces an eICU
EMR: Cerner
Paid travel, lodging, and expenses
