USAP-Indiana is looking for a Weekend CRNA to join our team at Lutheran.

o 396-bed Level II Trauma Center
o Wide variety of case types including General, Neuro, OB/GYN, Urology, Endoscopy, Ophthalmology, Plastics, Trauma, Burn, Cath Lab, CV, Pediatrics, Orthopedic Trauma, and OB
o Approximately 1,000 deliveries annually
Schedule: 12h Shift on Saturday, 10h shift on Sunday
Base Pay: $225/hr
