A respected anesthesia group in the Florida Panhandle is seeking a full-time Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join a well-established team at a modern, mid-sized hospital. This is a cardiac-focused opportunity with a predictable schedule, strong CRNA support, and exceptional work-life balance.

Position Highlights

• $600,000 annual compensation (1099)
• $50K sign-on for 2 years OR $75K for 3 years
• 35 working weeks / 17 weeks off
• 1:3 beeper call (30-minute response)
• Cardiac-only practiceno OB, peds, trauma, or general
• Supervising 12 cardiac rooms with experienced CRNAs

Schedule Structure

• 17 weeks: MonFri with beeper call
• No nights or weekend shifts during non-call weeks

Single-hospital coverage

• Case Mix
• Cardiac, thoracic, vascular, EP
• Anesthesiologists perform TEEs for open-heart cases

Ideal Candidate

• BE/BC Anesthesiologist
• Comfortable supervising cardiac CRNAs
• Proficient in cardiac anesthesia & TEE
