Job Title: General Anesthesiologist | Lifestyle Practice on the Eastern Shore | Partnership Track
The Opportunity: True Work-Life Balance Tidewater Anesthesia Associates (TAA) is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our collegial team in Easton, Maryland.

Compensation & Partnership
Year 1
Salary: $475,000 W-2 Base (Board Certified).
Sign-on Bonus: Available.
Partnership Track: Clear path to Partner status with eligibility for profit-sharing upon transition.
Retirement: 401(k) eligibility after one year with no vesting schedule.
