  • Clinical Focus: Sedation for outpatient pain management procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality sedation for a variety of pain management procedures.

  • Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop appropriate sedation plans for each patient.

  • Monitor patients intraoperatively to ensure safety and comfort throughout the procedure.

  • Manage patient recovery and discharge criteria within the outpatient setting.

  • Collaborate effectively with pain management physicians and nursing staff to ensure a smooth daily schedule.

  • Maintain accurate electronic clinical documentation.

Qualifications

  • Current certification as a CRNA by the NBCRNA.

  • Valid Registered Nurse license and APRN recognition in the state of Texas (or eligibility for licensure).

  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented professional approach.

  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
