Multispecialty OR/Procedures CRNA

Valley Anesthesia Associates (VAA) is an independent, hospital-based private practice anesthesia group in Renton, WA, a lively suburb of Seattle close to the shores of Lake Washington and only miles from the heart of Seattle. We are looking to hire one full-time CRNA to join our thriving practice.

Site Specifics:

Valley Anesthesia Associates primarily services Valley Medical Center, a community hospital based in Renton, WA. Valley Medical Center is a full service hospital serving the South Seattle Metropolitan area with 321 acute care beds. VAA covers surgeries in the main OR, a special procedures unit (interventional radiology/cardiology/MRI), a birth center, endoscopy suites, and an ambulatory orthopedics surgery center.

Job Highlights:

Our OR coverage includes a mix of care team model with 2:1 supervision as well as MD-staffed rooms.

• Average total compensation package including all benefits of $292,000 with potential to earn up to $330,000 or more
• 6 weeks of PTO
• Weekend 1st call every eight weeks followed by 5-7 days off (5 additional weeks off/year)
• Overtime is paid 1.5x with opportunities for extra shifts and call
• Flexible work-life balance shifts include a mix of 8hr, 10hr, and 12hr days/evenings
• Pre-ops completed by supervisors. Guaranteed CRNA breaks and timely-relief by MD-partners
• Supportive supervision with lots of opportunity for independence in practice: independent induction, case management, procedures.
• Diverse caseload including OB/Gyn, general surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedics/spine, endoscopy, vascular, urology, plastics, ophthalmology, ENT, IR/EP/Angio/Stroke/MRI
• A well-supported practice environment including multiple anesthesia technicians, top of the line ultrasounds and monitors, EPIC EMR, McGraths in every room
