About the Practice:
A well-established group in the Temple, Texas area is seeking full-time CRNAs to join their team. The practice provides high-quality anesthesia care across a range of surgical specialties, including pediatrics, regional anesthesia, orthopedics, and outpatient procedures. No OB cases are involved.
Opportunity:
This full-time CRNA position offers a Monday through Friday schedule with five (8-hour) shifts per week. No call, no nights, and no weekends—making it a great lifestyle opportunity. Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists (SRNAs) are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
Administer and manage anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures.
Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia patient assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
Proficiently perform regional anesthesia blocks.
Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic delivery as needed to ensure patient safety and comfort.
Provide safe and effective emergence and post-anesthesia care.
Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Texas (or eligibility for licensure).
Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) or eligibility to sit for the certification exam (for SRNAs).
Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage anesthesia for the specified range of surgical cases.
Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Compensation and Benefits
Annual Salary: $220,000+ (commensurate with experience).
Schedule: Full-time, five (8-hour) shifts per week. No call, no nights, no weekends.
