Length of Contract: 4 - 12 month contract with option to Extend

Schedule: Full Time need: 10 & 12-hour shifts, Monday - Friday; Optional OT weekend shift available

Call, Nights and Weekends: Weekends and Call Available

Cases: This is a level 2 trauma center, with a wide variety of cases.

OB skills a plus;

CRNAs can do spinals.

OB: Yes

Facility: Hospital: 15 Main ORs, 2 OB, 3 Endo, 1 Bronch, 1 MRI/CT, 1 CV/IR/Specials. (2) surgery center affiliations

Model: Supervision

Charting: Epic and ICARE

Credentialing: 90 days
