Full-Time Anesthesiologist Opportunity – Lake Havasu City, AZ
$575,000–$1,000,000 Annualized for 26-46 full weeks | Level III Trauma Center
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to join the anesthesia team at Lake Havasu Regional Medical Center in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
This role offers flexible scheduling with preference for physicians able to work up to 40+ weeks per year, though 26-week schedules (two weeks on / two weeks off) will be considered.
The practice operates under a lightly supervised, collaborative model with a 1:4 ratio.
Compensation
- $575,000-$1,000,000 for 26-46 full weeks
- $350/hour
- Weekday Call Stipend: $1000 / shift
- Weekend Call Stipend: $1500/shift
- Weekly OT and Callback Rate: $350/hour
- Typical call load: 2–5 call shifts per week, including weekends
(If the provider works additional weeks, total compensation will exceed these amounts)

Schedule and Call Expectations:
This position follows a Monday through Friday schedule with 10 and 12 hour days shifts, 50+ hours / week.
Call is part of the weekly rotation and will include 2 to 3 shifts per week (including weekend rotations) depending on staffing, rotation structure, and total annual weeks worked.
Providers scheduled on the 12 hour shift will be on call that night.
Case Mix and Practice Model:
The caseload includes general anesthesia, orthopedics, bariatrics, GI, OB, trauma, and a full mix of inpatient and outpatient surgical services.
As a Level III Trauma Center, the facility maintains readiness for emergent and trauma-related anesthetic care.
The anesthesia team practices under a lightly supervised, team-based model with a 1:4 physician supervision ratio.
