Hourly Rate: $195/hr (OB Position) | Total Compensation: $400,000+ annually | Independent CRNA Model
Renew Medical Group is seeking a dedicated CRNA to join our anesthesia team at Riverside Community Hospital in Riverside, CA.
This is a premier opportunity to practice independently in a Level 1 Trauma Center with robust OB services, cardiac surgery with TEE and structural heart cases, and a thriving GME program with resident physicians on site.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
- Hourly Rate: $195/hour
- Total Compensation: Approximately $426,000 annually
- Schedule: 91 × 24-hour shifts per year with built-in time off
- During the daytime portion of each 24-hour shift, you’ll primarily provide anesthesia care in the main OR. Overnight, you’ll transition to dedicated OB coverage with physician backup available as needed.
- Option to pick up additional OR shifts as mutually agreed upon (paid at $185/hr).
- 1099 Independent Contractor
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an independent CRNA model.
You will practice autonomously alongside anesthesiologists and residents, not under supervision.
Each MD carries one to two residents.
During daytime hours, you’ll primarily work in the main operating rooms caring for a diverse surgical population.
In the evening and overnight, you’ll transition to labor and delivery, providing obstetric anesthesia coverage with physician support available when needed.
You will manage obstetric anesthesia across the full spectrum, including epidurals, spinals, general anesthesia for cesarean delivery, and high-risk OB cases.
You’ll also gain experience caring for a broad mix of surgical patients in the main OR, with exposure to trauma, cardiac anesthesia including TEE and structural heart procedures, and other complex cases at this Level 1 Trauma Center.
This is a teaching environment where clinical excellence and education go hand in hand.
