Full-Time or PRN CRNA Opportunity – $200/hour (1099)

Havasu Regional Medical Center – Lake Havasu City, Arizona

We are seeking a CRNA to join a collaborative anesthesia team at Havasu Regional Medical Center, a busy Level III Trauma Center located in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

This role offers consistent 8-hour weekday shifts, a wide variety of cases, and the option to work full-time or on a PRN basis depending on your availability.

Schedule and Compensation:

We are seeking Full-Time or PRN CRNAs for a hospital-based anesthesia practice.

The full-time structure offers $200/hour. 8hr, and 10hr OR shifts, Monday through Friday, call available.

PRN opportunities are also available offering flexible scheduling.

Sign-on, retention, and referral bonus opportunities are available based on contract commitment and eligibility.

Shared housing is available for providers who need accommodations.

Case Mix and Patient Population:

The case mix includes Orthopedics, General Surgery, Gynecology, Plastics, Urology, GI, Pain, OB, and Ophthalmology.

The hospital is a 163-bed Level III Trauma Center with 11 operating rooms and a steady volume across multiple specialties.

CRNAs work in a strong, supportive, and collaborative clinical environment.

Practice Model and Workflow:

This is a collaborative anesthesia model where CRNAs work alongside anesthesiologists in a predictable, team-based workflow.

PRN providers may pick up daily coverage, call shifts, or supplemental support based on staffing needs.
