The case mix is broad and keeps skills sharp—vascular, orthopedics, spine, neurosurgical, urology, gynecology, bronchoscopy, plastics, ENT, endoscopy, TEEs, and cardioversions, with occasional pediatrics. The environment is efficient, well-run, and focused on delivering high-quality care without unnecessary friction.

Call is taken from home on a 1:7 rotation with a manageable callback volume, providing a predictable and balanced schedule.

Compensation includes a W2 salary of $535,000, offering strong, reliable income in a stable and growing practice. Providers also have the flexibility to live either in Columbia or in nearby Williamson County, known for its highly regarded public and private schools, while maintaining an easy commute to the hospital.
