Description
- Tacoma Anesthesia Associates (TAA), a local, physician-owned practice with a stable, long-term hospital contract seeking motivated physicians to join our practice in a partnership-track position.
- 2026 total compensation $735,000 with 9 weeks PTO (adjusted depending on start date)
- 2027 total compensation $750,000 with 10 weeks PTO
Wide range of adult cases, large obstetric practice, and multiple regional anesthetic opportunities.
Pediatric cases optional.
Ideal candidates will possess strong clinical and interpersonal skills, a desire to assume leadership duties, and a willingness to take on a variety of clinical cases.
ABA certification or eligibility required.
New grads are welcome.
Multiple practice locations including Tacoma General Hospital and Allenmore Hospital.
Pediatric cases are performed at Mary Bridge Children's Hospital.
Average call 1 night per week with pre-call and post-call days off and 1 weekend per month.
Two year associate status
There is also opportunity for additional compensation available through optional sign-up shifts.
Partner compensation according to weeks and call worked with substantial flexibility available.
