-Dates: ASAP upon credentialing - ongoing
-Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
-Shift: Must be flexible on types of shifts 13s, 12s, 11/9s hybrid and/or 10s for minimum of 36 hr/wk
-Medical Supervision
-Types of cases: Ortho, General, Urology and Neuro/spine. No OB and no epidurals
-EMR: Medaxion charting - EMR Meditech Expanse

-Other:Bonus and travel offered. Minimum 2 years of experience. Malpractice covered by Anesthesia OnCall

-Certification Requirements: TN license, BLS and ACLS
