The hematologist/oncologist will provide inpatient, outpatient, and clinic hematology and oncology coverage Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, on-site in Michigan. After-hours call coverage is required as part of a call pool at a 1:5 ratio. Board certification in Hematology/Oncology is required for this assignment. All clinical documentation must be maintained through the facility's electronic medical record system for patient encounters and treatment planning activities.
