The clinical case mix is 60% hematology and 40% oncology, serving adult and geriatric patient populations across both inpatient and outpatient settings, with chemotherapy administration managed by the nurse oncologist. All clinical documentation must be maintained through the Epic EMR system for patient encounters and treatment planning activities. A radiation oncologist and two APPs are present to provide additional clinical support throughout the coverage period.
