Cases: Mostly ortho, spines, gyn, eyes, plastics, and general OR cases.

Patient population is 12+ / Out of OR cases include GI, CV/TEE, and MRI coverage may be asked. 30+ cases total per day.

No peds under 12

Credentialing: 60 - 90 days; Must have SC license & clean background
