    As) to join our growing anesthesia team serving Parkview Ortho Hospital (POH) , Parkview Surgery ONE (PSO) in Fort Wayne, Indiana and Parkview Kosciusko Surgery One in Warsaw, IN.

    Position Overview
    Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants will work within a care team model alongside board-certified anesthesiologists and CRNAs, providing anesthesia services for a wide range of orthopedic procedures in both hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings.
    Our anesthesia team supports:
  • Parkview Ortho Hospital (POH) – a nationally recognized orthopedic specialty hospital
  • Parkview Surgery ONE (PSO) – a high-volume ambulatory surgery center
  • Parkview Kosciusko Surgery ONE (PKSO) – a high-volume ambulatory surgery center

  • This environment offers exposure to a broad range of orthopedic subspecialties including:
  • Adult Reconstruction (Hip & Knee)
  • Sports Medicine
  • Spine
  • Hand & Upper Extremity
  • Foot & Ankle
  • Trauma

    Key Responsibilities
  • Assist anesthesiologists in the administration and management of anesthesia care
  • Perform patient pre-anesthetic preparation and monitoring
  • Participate in induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
  • Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures and respond to clinical changes
  • Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, CRNAs, and perioperative staff
  • Support safe and efficient operating room workflows in both hospital and ASC settings

    Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Anesthesiologist Assistant program
  • Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) credential
  • Eligible for Indiana licensure
  • Strong commitment to team-based care and patient safety
