-Contracted group consisting of 4 anesthesiologists; recently transitioned to hospital-employed model
-Hospital is Level III Trauma, serving as a regional referral center
-W2 opportunity; full time or part time positions available
-Fully integrated EMR - Epic
-Cases include CT Surgery, Neurosurgery, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, GI, General Surgery, healthy peds, etc.
-Not-for-profit health system
-New hospital (built in 2013), licensed for 477 beds with 16 operating room suites
Compensation Highlights
-Guaranteed base salary w/ opportunity to pick up additional shifts
-$50k upfront bonus
-Malpractice insurance with tail coverage provided
-$6,000 CME provided annually
