Also covers Dignity St.

John Camarillo (no OB, no cardiac): 2 ORs, Cath Lab

Additional stipends and hourly pay for call duty (optional)

Requirements: Active CA license, DEA, State CDS, NBCRNA

At least 6 months practice outside training
