We’re currently recruiting for General OR CRNAs to join our dynamic, high-performing team.

This is a unique opportunity to step beyond medically directed or supervised anesthesia models and into true independent CRNA practice, now codified under New Mexico’s SB 78.

At Mountain

View, you’ll practice at the top of your license with the support of experienced physician anesthesiologists who perform their own cases and offer peer-level consultation when needed.

You’ll also join a seasoned group of CRNAs who are committed to mentoring, teaching, and proctoring their colleagues, ensuring every team member grows in skill, confidence, and clinical versatility within a collegial, trusted environment.

Position Highlights:

FT or PRN options

Independent CRNA practice model

W2 Package: $343,605

1099 Rate: $215.23/hour

Call Estimate Additional $40,000 annually

Flexible shifts: 8s, 10s, or 12s

8 weeks off annually

High-acuity case mix, including:

Orthopedic spine

Neurosurgical spine

Intracranial neurosurgery

Pediatric dental (can provide additional training)

Bariatric surgery

Colorectal surgery

ENT, urology, general surgery, GYN, GI

OB anesthesia is covered by a dedicated team, with potential future opportunities

Strong USGRA program
