Palm Health Resources is actively recruiting a locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time independent practice opportunity in the Greater Oklahoma City region.

This is a high-autonomy assignment in a collaborative, CRNA-only group serving a modern, full-service hospital.

Ideal for providers seeking a balanced lifestyle with excellent compensation and variety in practice.

Clinical Environment

Independent CRNA practice – no anesthesiologist supervision

Team: All-CRNA model; supportive group culture and engaged hospital administration

Case Types

General Surgery

OB (approx. 50–60 deliveries/month)

Orthopedics

GYN

ENT (including healthy peds)

Endoscopy

Eyes

Podiatry

Schedule Highlights

Full-time needed

Flexible weekday scheduling

Home call: First call every 6th night

Post-call day off typically provided

Most cases wrapped by mid-afternoon (add-ons after 3 PM)

Compensation & Contract Details

Rate: $200–$250+/hour depending on commitment, competition, and availability

Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Bonus: Additional compensation available for post-call availability

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited CRNA program

Current NBCRNA certification

Active Oklahoma CRNA license (or willing to obtain)

Comfortable practicing independently, including OB and regional

Minimum 1 year of post-training experience preferred

ACLS, BLS required
