  • Integrity is looking for a full time CRNA for an orthopedic ASC in the greater Chicagoland area.

    • Compensation Summary:
  • $350k 1099 annually
  • M-F 40 Hours Per Week
  • 10 weeks PTO
  • Malpractice provided
  • No call no nights no weekends
  • No Holidays

    • -closing 1-2 afternoons a week required
    -block experience preferred
    -additional comp for closing twice per week
    -opportunities for OT in Q4
    -chief position considered
