Guaranteed Base Salary: $400,000 โ $500,000 annually - first 2 years

Qualifications
MD or DO - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine or Anesthesiology with Pain Medicine fellowship - required
Demonstrated expertise in advanced interventional procedures and neuromodulation
Active Kentucky medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
DEA certification - required
Strong clinical judgment with a passion for delivering exceptional patient centered care
Excellent communication and collaborative skills
